[Abstract]
Authors: John Mathiason, Derrick Cogburn and Lee McKnightIGP issues a new analytical paper on the global multistakeholder forum recommended by the Working Group on Internet Governance in its final report. The paper discusses the six factors that need to be taken into account in working out the details of a forum mechanism.
