Scott Huang is a master Student in School of Information Study at Syracuse University. His major is Information Management. Scott’s research focuses on using Graphic Information System to build up social network communities and how Social Media platforms affect the internet governance policies in China.

Scott is currently working as  the IGP’s web site operations manager.
