NIC.BR and the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee hold an international seminar on Internet governance, with seven workshops over three weeks (from March 25 to April 15). On April 6, at UTC 18:00 (15:00 Brazilian time, 13:00 US Eastern Daylight time), Dr. Milton Mueller will join Bertrand de la Chapelle (Internet & Jurisdiction Project, France) and Flavio Wagner, President of the Brazilian chapter of the Internet Society, for the workshop on “Building a borderless internet and the threats of blockages and fragmentation.”
