IGP Director Dr. Milton Mueller is keynote speaker at the 2nd annual Engagement Forum, sponsored by Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). TWNIC administers the .TW country code top level domain. As a part of the global Internet ecosystem, TWNIC hopes to establish a policy discussion forum focusing mainly on domain names and IP related issues from the global network architecture, with a structural viewpoint on both regional and Taiwan’s Internet environment to further explore the policy, technology and interoperation with stakeholders’ perspectives.
