Karim Farhat, Ph.D., is a tech policy analyst serving as Assistant Director of IGP and instructor of telecommunications policy at Georgia Tech Professional Education. Karim has designed and executed research in cybersecurity, the industrial internet of things, internet identifiers, and information operations. His Ph.D. thesis studied which of two policy problems, US-China rivalry or IT/OT convergence, better explains degrees of coherence and integration in the US cybersecurity regime.
