Le Yang

Le Yang is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Journalism and Communication of Tsinghua University. Currently, she is conducting her research as a Visiting Scholar at the School of Public Policy, Georgia Institute of Technology. She holds an undergraduate degree in Public Administration and a Master's degree in International Relations. Le Yang's research interests revolve around Internet governance and the geopolitics of technology in the digital age. Her academic publications encompass topics such as Internet content governance, cybernorms, and the cybersecurity governance procedures of the United Nations Group of Governmental Experts. Currently, her transnational research delves into digital media platforms, examining the interplay between media platform companies and domestic governments, as well as the geopolitical challenges faced by digital companies in their international operations.
