Biography
Letian Cheng is a Ph.D. student at the School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology. Letian's research interests include cross-border platform governance, data governance, and content moderation. Before joining Georgia Tech and IGP, Letian worked as a policy analyst at Caixin Media Group, in Beijing. Letian has a master's degree in Media and Communication Governance from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Nankai University, China.
