Biography

Seungtae Han is a PhD student in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology. His main area of focus revolves around studying information operations on social media, particularly concerning disinformation, and also AI governance. Currently, he is actively participating as a member of the IGP team in the IAEA's Coordinated Research Project. Seungtae Han has a master’s degree in security policy studies and an undergraduate degree in political science and international relations.
